Kenneth founded NexRev in 1994 as a Building Management Systems Integrator. He holds Electrical Masters, Supervisor and Mechanical Licenses across the country and is licensed to perform business in all 50 states.

Kenneth is a principled, hands-on leader, and innovator. When he isn’t working with customers, he is frequently found collaborating with employees across the organization, listening to their ideas and helping them to formulate strategies that make our customers more successful. Kenneth is a relentless force driving the innovation and operational excellence at NexRev.

Chris joined NexRev in 2022 and is focused on the future needs of Smart Buildings, the industry’s move to energy as a service – and developing NexRev’s IoT based platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions which will give organizations even more control over their energy consumption and operational waste management.

Chris brings three decades experience in both the energy and the telecom industries. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in innovating, leading strategic sales forces, marketing, operations, and increasing revenues. Chris holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Paul Wickberg is a seasoned senior executive and board member with over 30+ years of success across energy management, EV charging, software development, and SaaS. As Chief Revenue Officer at NexRev, Paul drives go-to-market strategy, accelerates sales performance, and strengthens long-term customer relationships. Bringing deep expertise in energy management and controls, Paul is known for improving sales execution, optimizing commercial processes, and aligning product, sales, and customer experience to fuel scalable growth.

His core competencies include sales leadership, CRM deployment, process optimization, startups, energy efficiency, strategic planning, M&A, B2B sales, product development, and team building. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has served on the boards of Cylon Controls, Sol Inc., Energy Squared, Evandtec, Solar Outdoor Lighting, Verisae, and Emerson Climate Technologies.

Mighael leads cloud and IoT innovation at NexRev. A highly accomplished Technology Executive with a 30-year record, Mighael began his career at IBM, honing his skills in software development. He gained extensive experience across Europe and Africa.

Moving to Software AG, he held various roles and made notable contributions to research and development, and product management, serving for 12 years as Chief Technology Officer for the Americas region. Most recently, his focus has been on IoT, AI, and cloud computing, spearheading innovation and adoption of these technologies.

Sam has been a CPA for over 25 years. Recently he was the CFO for Echelon Fitness Multimedia, a leading technology fitness SaaS company. Sam has held various finance leadership roles with several iconic brands, such as, Lodge (Cast Iron Cookware) Manufacturing, Home Depot Direct, and Porsche Cars North America.

Sam has been in a CFO role for over 15 years and has extensive experience in SaaS accounting, M&A (domestic and international), International business growth, treasury, cash management, financial operations/controls, Private Equity, capital reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Sam was recently the President for the Chattanooga Financial Executives International (FEI) Chapter.

John is responsible for managing the financial operations, financial control, capital structure, and supply chain operations of the company.

John’s teams deliver day-to-day accounting, treasury, financial and operational analysis, and counsel to the company’s owners, operating executives, and external stakeholders. His experience spans large multisite and international operations, lending operations, cash management and treasury operations, sales operations, M&A, as well as accounting, finance and analysis.

John holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelors degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has passed the NASD Series 7, 24, 27, 63 and 65 licensing examinations.

Matt has been in the multisite, building automation industry for more than 15 years and currently leads our Technology Department, overseeing the Development, Applications, Product, and IT teams.

He holds degrees in Environmental Systems Technologies and Technical Management.
