Chief executive officer
Kenneth Smith
Kenneth founded NexRev in 1994 as a Building Management Systems Integrator. He holds Electrical Masters, Supervisor and Mechanical Licenses across the country and is licensed to perform business in all 50 states.
Kenneth is a principled, hands-on leader, and innovator. When he isn’t working with customers, he is frequently found collaborating with employees across the organization, listening to their ideas and helping them to formulate strategies that make our customers more successful. Kenneth is a relentless force driving the innovation and operational excellence at NexRev.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Christopher Haidet
Chris joined NexRev in 2022 and is focused on the future needs of Smart Buildings, the industry’s move to energy as a service – and developing NexRev’s IoT based platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions which will give organizations even more control over their energy consumption and operational waste management.
Chris brings three decades experience in both the energy and the telecom industries. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in innovating, leading strategic sales forces, marketing, operations, and increasing revenues. Chris holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
Chief Technology Officer
Mighael Botha
Mighael leads cloud and IoT innovation at NexRev. A highly accomplished Technology Executive with a 30-year record, Mighael began his career at IBM, honing his skills in software development. He gained extensive experience across Europe and Africa.
Moving to Software AG, he held various roles and made notable contributions to research and development, and product management, serving for 12 years as Chief Technology Officer for the Americas region. Most recently, his focus has been on IoT, AI, and cloud computing, spearheading innovation and adoption of these technologies.
Vice President, Finance and Administration
John Corcoran
John is responsible for managing the financial operations, financial control, capital structure, and supply chain operations of the company.
John’s teams deliver day-to-day accounting, treasury, financial and operational analysis, and counsel to the company’s owners, operating executives, and external stakeholders. His experience spans large multi-site and international operations, lending operations, cash management and treasury operations, sales operations, M&A, as well as accounting, finance and analysis.
John holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelors degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has passed the NASD Series 7, 24, 27, 63 and 65 licensing examinations.

Scott Hackl
Scott joined NexRev in 2024 to drive sales, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver winning outcomes for customers. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Scott builds high-performance teams to deliver innovative solutions and help businesses operate more effectively.
Experienced in multiple industries, Scott has led both North American and Global sales teams. His understanding of today’s challenges and opportunities secures results for all. Scott holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Matt Gambill
Matt has been in the multi-site, building automation industry for more than 15 years and currently leads our Technology Department, overseeing the Development, Applications, Product, and IT teams.
He holds degrees in Environmental Systems Technologies and Technical Management.
Matt is passionate about creating efficiencies through innovation and solving technical problems to simplify our customers workday.
Senior Director, Operations and Specialized Services
Tony Maxfield
Tony leads operations for NexRev, a role to which he brings deep experience of our technical solutions, built over more than 9 years with our team. Previously, Tony has led our installation teams and honed his skills in the service and support group.
As lead installation technician, Tony trained many of our field operatives, ensuring consistency and quality for our customers. As Sr. Director of Operations, Tony is responsible for effective, efficient service delivery.
Director, product evolution
Kyle Logsdon
Kyle joined NexRev in 2009 and is responsible for the development and delivery of our Freedom Building System’s innovative future development.
Kyle has participated in several facets of the business during his tenure with NexRev, including Applications Engineering, Product Development, National Account Management, and Project Management. His broad experience allows him a unique insight into the marriage between what problems customers need solved and how emerging technology and expertise can present solutions to those problems.
Kyle pairs his 13 years of experience with a degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Director, Research and Development
David Dellinger
David joined NexRev in 2007 and currently leads our Engineering team, developing and enhancing our product offerings and working with our Operations team to continuously improve our field crew procedures and documentation.
He combines a degree in Electronic Engineering with over thirty years of experience with HVAC and energy management control systems, electrical systems, fire/security and CCTV systems.
David can often be found in NexRev’s in-house Laboratory creating solutions for customers that keep NexRev at the forefront of multi-site building management innovation.
