NexRev already serves 20% of Fortune 100 companies and manages over 15,000 facilities across the US. Put simply, we make buildings more energy efficient. Our market-leading cloud-based IoT solutions reduce energy use, and help companies minimize resource waste and energy costs.
To help drive continued innovation and product development across NexRev, Mighael Botha has recently joined our senior management team as Chief Technology Officer and leads our efforts on cloud and IoT innovation.
A highly accomplished technology executive with a 30-year track record, Mighael has led software development and engineering teams across the world, including Canada, the USA, South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
“I’m excited to join NexRev and lead the execution and delivery of our cloud-based EMS / BMS solutions,” said Mighael. “The evolution of our platform – with new API exposure functions and AI-backed processing – will unlock multi-site facilities management for organizations across America.”
Mighael spent 21 years at Software AG, where he became CTO for North America, making notable contributions to research and development and product management. In 2013 he was named a CIO100 by IDG's CIO Magazine, recognizing his innovative use of technology to deliver genuine business value. Most recently, his focus has been on IoT, AI, and cloud computing, spearheading innovation and adoption of these technologies. Prior to joining Software AG, Mighael spent 10 years at IBM in both Europe and Africa honing his skills in software development.
“We’re delighted to welcome a technology leader of Mighael’s caliber to our team”, commented Chris Haidet, President and COO of NexRev. “His expertise will drive the evolution of our solutions and help us to address our growing opportunity pipeline. The innovations we’re bringing to market will deliver sustained reductions in operating costs for our customers.”
