Ten or twenty years ago the Energy Manager job was less visible, no less important, but energy managers largely operated outside of the spotlight. Today that is not true anymore. What does the energy manager need to know?
The answer, not unexpectedly, is “They need to know quite a lot”. So, the energy manager has work on his plate. HVAC, for instance, is generally responsible for around 40% of a building’s energy use.
